Lumvell products are sold and shipped through Amazon.com. We want every party to go well, so here's how returns work.

Orders placed on Amazon

Returns and refunds for orders placed on Amazon are handled through your Amazon account under Amazon's standard return policy. To start a return, go to Your Orders on Amazon, select the item and choose Return or Replace Items.

Damaged or defective items

If your balloon arrives damaged or doesn't hold air, please contact us at Lumvell.llc@Gmail.com with your Amazon order number and a photo. We'll help arrange a replacement or refund.

Balloon care

• Inflate only to the recommended size. Over-inflating can cause seams to split.
• Keep away from heat, sharp objects and power lines.
• Foil balloons are not toys for young children. Adult supervision is required, and deflated balloons should be kept away from children.
